fix(auth): post admin invites to the /invite route the Auth server serves (#1505)

inviteUserByEmail posted to admin/invite, a path the Auth server does not
have, so every invite answered 404. The admin-gated invite endpoint is
POST /invite, which supabase-js, supabase-flutter and the OpenAPI spec
all use.

The unit test's mock and snapshot registered the same wrong path, which
is why it never caught this; both now use /invite. An integration test
calls inviteUserByEmail against the local stack and checks the returned
user carries the invited email and an invited_at timestamp.
