feat(postgrest): add comparison operators for typed filters (#1499)

`==`, `!=`, `<`, `<=`, `>`, `>=` on a filterable column call eq/neq/lt/lte/
gt/gte, and `== nil` / `!= nil` on a nullable column call isNull(), so both
spellings build the same filter tree. `.eq(nil)` and `== nil` on a NOT NULL
column still do not compile. Every row of the design spec's §4.3 table is
asserted in both spellings.

Type-check cost (Swift 6.4, M3; commands in SDK-1578):
- Examples/SlackClone, expressions over 100 ms: 0 -> 0
- package + tests, distinct sites over 100 ms: 6 -> 7 (the new one is a
  pre-existing `#expect(x == [...])` at 101 ms; 160 -> 162 solver scopes
  in isolation)
- constraint-solver scopes: +0.04% for the test build, +0.31% for the
  SlackClone module (noise floor is of the same order)
- clean `swift build` median: 171.0 s -> 148.2 s (dominated by machine load)
- worst case, a file of dense plain comparison chains that imports
  PostgREST: +14% solver scopes over today
