fix: don't panic on dotted or unknown --filter values (#28)

* fix: don't panic on dotted or unknown --filter values

--filter .rs, *.rs, and RS panicked because TypesBuilder::add's error
was discarded and build() was unwrapped. Normalize a leading .* or dot
and lowercase, return a clear error when the name still is not a legal
ripgrep type, and warn on stderr when a filter matches no files.
