e-stepper: objects stay shown, greyed, once they are garbage (#523)

As in the CSE machine, a list or function object that has been shown stays
in the diagram after nothing refers to it any more (e.g. the list [None]
once [None] * 3 has been evaluated), drawn as garbage. In the CSE snapshot,
such an object is an anonymous heap object of the frame it belongs to: a
function object's defining frame, or for a list, the frame active when it
was first shown.
