* CSE snapshots: closures carry the source of their body

A host describing a function from a snapshot had only its name and
parameters. Closure values now carry metadata.body, the source of the
function's body as written, dedented (a def's statements, a lambda's
expression), in the CSE machine's snapshots and the e-stepper's.

Review on #518: in a REPL session, a function from an earlier chunk had its
body sliced from the current chunk's source; collectSnapshots now records
each chunk's functions with their source, and a slice whose tokens do not
match is dropped. Dedenting no longer strips the leading whitespace of lines
inside a multi-line string.
