Lend web plugins the CSE machine diagram (#4417)

* Lend web plugins the CSE machine diagram

Web plugins are now registered with a third argument, the host's services,
whose cseDiagram.createView({ snapshots, step }) draws a snapshot's
environments with the CSE machine visualization and its toolbar
(alignment, arrow filters, clear dead frames, print, save, zoom). The
environment stepper uses it for its environment pane
(source-academy/plugins#132).

CseMachine.drawEnvironments draws for such a view without disturbing the
CSE Machine tab, which may be mounted at the same time. The arrow-filter
menu and the dead-frame accumulation are shared with the CSE Machine tab
instead of duplicated.

* CSE environment view: hover linking with the plugin; self-referential lists

CseEnvironmentView takes hovered/onHover: closures and arrays whose snapshot
values carry an objectId are highlighted when hovered in the plugin, and
report the mouse entering them (Layout.onObjectHover/highlightObject). The
snapshot adapter identifies closures by objectId (lambdas included), and
registers a list before converting its elements, so py-slang's back
reference for a list that contains itself resolves to the list itself.

* CSE environment view: lend Layout safely; apply alignment

Layout.lend/reclaim save and give back every shared ref (stage, content and
animation groups, arrow layers, scroll container, CseAnimation's layer) and
the tab's dimensions, and defer the CSE Machine tab's resizes while Layout is
lent, applying the latest on reclaim. drawEnvironments builds and applies its
own layout cache (isolated from the tab's), so center alignment takes effect.
Host-service mirrors are type aliases; component default exports at file end
(review on #4417).
