refactor: remove the deprecated ProviderRegistry alias (#40)

Fellowship\Auth\ProviderRegistry was an empty subclass of Guardian's, kept
after #39 only because Freedom's test harness built the IdentityBroker with
it. freedom#5 moved that harness to Guardian's registry, so nothing uses it.

Must merge after freedom#5: Freedom's CI checks out Fellowship's main, and
until then its harness names this class.
