feat(interact): restore bool-only Confirm/Unconfirmed/AnswerIsYes, add *E variants

keep the simple bool API for backward compatibility so existing callers
(gcli builtin, kite-go, ...) keep compiling, and add ConfirmE /
UnconfirmedE / AnswerIsYesE that return (bool, error) for callers that
want to handle read errors.

the bool shortcuts ignore the error with a fail-safe default:
Confirm / AnswerIsYes -> false, Unconfirmed -> true.
