feat(interact,show): restore legacy signatures and add *E variants

extend the backward-compatible layer to the rest of the breaking surface:

- interact: SelectOne/SelectOneKey/Choice/SingleSelect -> string,
  Checkbox/MultiSelect -> []string, Question.Run -> *Value and
  Select.Run -> *SelectResult; add the matching *E variants returning an
  error.
- show: JSON -> int and TabWriter -> *tabwriter.Writer; add JSONE and
  TabWriterE returning (T, error).

internal callers and tests now use the *E variants; docs updated.
