docs: link the migration path to django-bootstrap5 (#1161)

The README's maintenance-mode section recommends migrating but gave no route.
Projects on django-bootstrap3 tend to go straight to django-bootstrap5, and the
differences that cause trouble are on this side: settings that disappear or
change meaning, renamed tag arguments such as size="large", and the removed
{% buttons %} tag. django-bootstrap5 now documents them in a "From
django-bootstrap3" section of MIGRATE.md, and the README links there.

Closes #1160.
