Cover renderers.py and components.py, and hold the line at 100% (#1159)

Third and last pass. The package reaches 100% of statements and branches,
from 95%, and fail_under = 100 keeps it there.

renderers.py had no tests for the size validation error, the illegal
error_types error, formset level errors, the SelectDateWidget and
ClearableFileInput markup rearrangement, the ReadOnlyPasswordHashWidget static
control, or where the placeholder comes from. components.py had none for an
alert's default type or for a non-dismissable alert. The messages tag helper
had none for an object carrying neither extra_tags nor level, which it
tolerates on purpose.

One exclusion, matching django-bootstrap5 and django-icons: the
ReadOnlyPasswordHashWidget import guard is marked `# pragma: no cover`,
because it only runs when Django is set up without a database and the suite
cannot reproduce that in process.

The fail_under block is byte-identical to the one django-marina,
django-bootstrap5 and django-icons carry, comment included.

Verified both ways: 100% passes, and an uncovered branch reports
"total of 99 is less than fail-under=100" and exits 2.
