fix(Calendar): open on the limit today falls outside of (#1582)

* fix(Calendar): open on the limit today falls outside of

Without a calendarDate, startDate or endDate the calendar opened on today even when minDate or maxDate excluded it: an empty date picker with maxDate in July opened on September with no day to pick. It now opens on the minDate or maxDate that today falls outside of, through constrainDate() in util/calendar, and the limits are read before the opening date. The calendar page says where the calendar opens and that disabledDates play no part in it.

* build: raise the coreui.esm.js bundlewatch ceiling by 0.25 kB

The calendar fix adds 172 B to coreui.esm.js (gzip -9, against main), most of it the JSDoc of constrainDate(), which the unminified bundle keeps. That crosses a ceiling the release left a few bytes away. coreui.bundle.js and coreui.js grow by 191 B and stay within the ceilings raised in #1581; the minified bundles grow by 30 B.

* test(Calendar): cover the opening date after update()
