Context:
- Organisation audit rows showed the raw datetime while asset and user rows use short local dates.

Change:
- Format the visible date in the browser and show the full local timestamp on hover.

* ui/tests: cover account audit date source

Context:
- The organisation audit page now formats its event dates in the browser.

Change:
- Assert that each rendered date carries the stored event timestamp.

* docs: note consistent organisation audit dates

Context:
- The organisation audit date display now matches the other audit tables.

Change:
- Describe the updated display and hover behavior in the changelog.

* ui/accounts: keep audit dates visible when formatting fails

- An invalid browser date option left account audit date spans empty.
