* PVML-in-browser: draw_data draws on the data visualizer (#490)

draw_data resolved and returned its first argument on PyPvmlEvaluator2..4
but never drew: no data-visualizer plugin was registered, and PVML
primitive 6 was a headless no-op.

- PvmlDataVisualizerRunnerPlugin + toDataVisualizerNodePvml: converts
  PVML values to visualizer nodes, with the same refs-based cycle guard
  as the CSE and py2js adapters.
- PyPvmlEvaluator2..4 register and host-load the plugin (§2+), and reset
  it per chunk.
- PVMLInterpreter takes an optional drawData callback, passed through to
  executePrimitive; primitive 6 calls it when attached and returns its
  first argument either way, so headless runs are unchanged.
- pvml-modules.test.ts's mock conductor now fakes only the module
  loader, not every registered plugin.
