Remove list_length (use len) (#500)

* Remove list_length: it is len restricted to lists

list_length is not part of SICPy and duplicated len (misc), which every
engine already implemented through the same code path (PVML mapped both
names to primitive 2). Removed from the CSE list group, the PVML
primitive table, the docs, and the Python sicp package (its `equal` now
uses len).

WASM had no `len` at all, only list_length; its implementation (which
already reported errors as "unsupported argument type for len") is now
registered as `len` in the misc library. It still accepts only lists and
tuples, not strings.

Tests that used list_length now use len; the list_length-only arity and
type-error cases are dropped.

* WASM: len accepts strings

len was list_length's wasm implementation under a new name and only
accepted lists/tuples. It now also takes a string, counting characters
(UTF-8 bytes that are not continuation bytes) like Python's len. The
runtime function is renamed LIST_LENGTH_FX -> LEN_FX ($_len).
