perf(bolt,cypher,storage): cut TCK allocations and coalesce RUN/PULL flushes (#48)

Profile the 3,897-scenario autocommit TCK and tune the pipeline:

- Cache churn: ClearQueryCaches/invalidateNodeLookupCache reuse the
  existing lookup map via clear() instead of rebuilding an eager
  1000-bucket map per write.
- Transaction wrapper seeding: ensureNodeLookupCacheLocked starts with
  a lazy map instead of an eager 1000-bucket table per transaction.
- MVCC head walks: parse iterator keys in place and decode heads into
  one reused scratch buffer (ValueCopy with a growing destination);
  no per-entry key copy or closure allocation. PrefetchValues stays
  off because badger v4.9.6 spawns a goroutine per entry.
- Comprehension validators reuse one scope map across list items.
- Bolt: handleRun defers its SUCCESS flush when a pipelined PULL is
  already queued, so RUN+PULL share one socket write; blocking
  request/response clients still flush immediately.

Measured on Apple M2 Max, autocommit TCK:
- alloc_space 5.38GB -> 3.62GB (-32.8%)
- alloc_objects 80.7M -> 38.2M (-52.7%)
- GC mark/clear CPU 6.5s -> 1.9s across the run
- Both TCK transaction modes pass (autocommit 35.5s, explicit 49.7s);
  pkg/storage, pkg/cypher and pkg/bolt suites green.
