Prepare v0.9.0, and make a release able to finish

Version bumped to 0.9.0 across ftv.go, PKGBUILD, snap/snapcraft.yaml,
pixi.toml and the README download URLs.

The v0.8.1 release run failed, and the reason is still in the config: the AUR
publisher reads its SSH key from .Env.AUR_KEY, no such secret exists, and
resolving a missing key aborts the whole release after the artifacts are
built. The workflow now passes AUR_KEY whether or not it is set, and the
publisher skips its push when the value is empty, so a release completes
without an AUR key and starts publishing again once one is added.

make version claimed to rewrite the README but its pattern wanted vX.Y.Z,
while the README carried v0.8 — so the download instructions had been stale
since v0.8.1 and pointed at the wrong release. It now rewrites the release URL
and the filename version together, which is what those lines actually contain.

The packages declared license MIT; LICENSE is Apache-2.0, so every deb, rpm
and AUR package has been labelled with the wrong licence. Corrected to match
the file.

Also cleared three deprecated goreleaser properties (archives.format,
format_overrides.format, snapshot.name_template) that are accepted today and
become errors later.

Verified with goreleaser check and a full snapshot build: archives, deb, rpm,
checksums and the AUR pkgbuild all produce, and the built binary reports
"ftv version 0.9.0".
