Fix the snap build, and give it the metadata the linter asks for

The snapcraft.io build failed to pack:

    snap is unusable due to missing files: path "bin/ftv" does not exist

The go plugin runs `go install ./...`, which names the binary after the last
element of the module path. Declaring the full import path in go.mod so that
`go install` works at all (#27) therefore renamed the built binary from ftv to
FastTableViewer, and the app's command pointed at a path that no longer
existed. An organize mapping renames it back, so the snap ships `ftv` as the
deb, rpm, AUR and Homebrew packages all do.

Also filled in the metadata the build log flagged: title, contact and license
as warnings, issues, source-code and website as information. The license is
Apache-2.0, matching LICENSE — the same field goreleaser had been declaring as
MIT.
