Add a new-window button and a rename menu to the tab bar

A + at the left of the tab bar, outside the scrolling strip so it's always
in reach, makes a new tmux window at the end of the focused session, in the
directory of its current window. tmux makes it the current window, and the
tabs follow at the poll the click asks for.

Right-clicking a tab gives a menu with Rename…, which renames the window
with tmux's rename-window. The name dialog is now shared with Rename
Session.
