Make Alt+1 to Alt+9 switch to the tab at that position

Now that the tabs are the focused session's tmux windows, Alt+number picks
the window of the tab at that position, as in GNOME Terminal, rather than
the session at that position in the session list. Positions are counted
along the bar, not by tmux's window index, which can start at 1 or have
gaps. It works with the bar hidden too, and tab tooltips show the shortcut.
