fix(storage)!: throw CancellationError when the caller's task is cancelled (#1434)

URLSession reports a cancelled Task as URLError(.cancelled), which StorageApi.execute
wrapped as StorageError(.transport). Auth and PostgREST already normalised this through
RetryRequestInterceptor. A URLError(.cancelled) with no task cancellation behind it stays
.transport.
