feat(functions)!: rebuild the module around Configuration, FunctionBody and FunctionResponse (#1443)

* feat(functions)!: rebuild the module around Configuration, FunctionBody and FunctionResponse

- FunctionsClient takes a Configuration (url, HTTPFields headers, region, http,
  logger, decoder, accessToken); the two flat initializers are removed.
- invoke returns FunctionResponse (status, headers, body, region, execution id,
  decode(as:decoder:)); invoke<T> gains as:; the decode: closure overload is removed.
- The body is an explicit FunctionBody (.json, .text, .data, .stream). A value that
  fails to encode throws .invalidRequest instead of sending a bodiless request.
- FunctionInvokeOptions.method is HTTPRequest.Method; headers are HTTPFields.
- FunctionsError gains code (sb-error-code) and isPlatformError.
- One FunctionsAPI choke point builds, sends and classifies every request; the
  duplicated relay/status/transport mapping is gone.
- The default decoder is JSONDecoder.supabase(), like PostgREST and Storage.
- supabase.functions carries no static Authorization header; its accessToken closure
  returns the session token, else the legacy key, else nil for a new-format key.
