Make the tab bar the focused session's tmux windows

The tab bar held the sessions in the session list's view, which duplicated
the list. It now holds the tmux windows of the session in the focused pane,
in tmux's order, like tmux's status line: the session's current window is
underlined, and clicking a tab runs select-window on it, so every client on
the session follows. Windows made, closed or switched inside tmux show up at
the next poll, which a click asks for straight away.

Each window's activity is tracked like a session's, a window counting as on
screen while it's the current window of a session in a pane, so tabs carry
busy and unseen dots for their own windows.

The session-only parts of the tabs go: the session menu, opening in a split,
dragging onto panes, the Alt+N hint, and following the list's search and
host filter.
