Use a gotk3 fork that passes callback IDs to C as integers

The terminal died every hour or so with "invalid pointer found on stack" in
glib.idleAdd, called from a host's poll loop. gotk3 hands the integer IDs of
its registered callbacks to C as C.gpointer, an unsafe.Pointer, and the
runtime aborts if it copies a stack holding one, as it does when the
collector shrinks a stack while idleAdd is running. The fork's
fix-callback-id-pointers branch passes the IDs as guintptr instead.
