Sticky and frameless HUD panels (#709)

* feat(hud): layout model for sticky and frameless panels

HudSpec carries sticky and frame. a sticky panel off center may take
the full pane width, a frameless one measures and paints without the
blank row above and below. the panel height is also computed in points,
capped at 80% of the pane, and the paint grid takes its rows from it.
markdown with a caller-set width wraps at that width instead of 60
columns.

* feat(hud): sticky and frameless panels, height in points

a sticky panel holds no edge margin and may span the pane, a frameless
one draws no border or rounding and keeps its backing. the panel is
laid out from a height in points, so it no longer grows with the window.

one remeasure path serves the deck's geometry trigger and overlay
resize: width, height and grid move together and the deadline, pane
scope and surface stay. a width forced by overlay resize holds through
later geometry changes until the next open or update, and is the wrap
width.

fixes found on the way:
- a session-wide panel was measured from terminal views that zoom and
the dashboard move to another host; it reads the detail area now
- the panel's surface inherited the user's window-padding, which
clipped its last rows; it gets the padding the sizing assumes, and
the per-surface overlay loads after config-file includes
- a panel with its own font size was sized from a scaled pane cell and
came out a pixel short; a live panel is measured with its own cell,
again when a config reload changes it

* feat(control): --sticky and --no-frame on session hud

session.hud.open and .update take sticky and frame, the CLI spells them
--sticky and --no-frame, tree reads them back as hud.sticky and
hud.frame, and the remote mirror carries both. an update that omits
them returns the panel to its margin and frame.
