test: close the WAL file in five storage stack tests (fixes #924)

Each test opened a WAL in t.TempDir() and wrapped it in a WALEngine (and
in three, an AsyncEngine), but closed only the Badger engine underneath.
The WAL file stayed open, so on Windows t.TempDir cleanup failed to delete
wal.log. The tests with an async engine now close it, which closes the WAL
engine and file under it; the two whose Badger engine is still in use close
only the WAL file.
