Add a tab bar of the sessions in the current view

A strip of tabs above the panes holds the sessions the session list shows,
in its order and honouring its search and host filter, so sessions can be
clicked between with the list hidden. The focused pane's tab is underlined
in the accent color, other shown sessions faintly; tabs carry the activity
dots, scroll sideways with the wheel, have the session menu on right click
and drag onto panes like list entries (the drag handling is now shared).

It's shown by default and hidden with Show Tab Bar in the menu, which is
remembered in the UI state.
