Open links in a markdown HUD on command-click (#707)

a `[label](url)` link in `session hud --markdown` now renders as its underlined label and opens on command-click, with the pointing hand on command-hover, the same gesture as a link in the terminal. `LinkPolicy` decides the target: http, https, mailto and ftp open, a local `file://` link is revealed in Finder, and a link to anything else stays a plain label. Before this a link showed its label only and the URL was dropped.

**How the click reaches a passive panel**

the HUD stays closed to hit testing and takes no focus. The renderer wraps each linked run in OSC 8, so libghostty resolves the link itself. `HudLinkClick`, one app-wide event monitor, reports the pointer to the panel only while command is held over it and claims the command-click. Every other click still reaches the session underneath, and a command-click on a terminal ask drawn over the panel goes to the ask.

**Two sizing fixes that links made visible**

- markdown text wraps at the panel's own width, 60 columns at most. It used to wrap at 60 regardless, so in a narrower pane each row was cut with an ellipsis and a link in the cut part could not be reached. Only a table row wider than the panel is still clipped.
- a HUD is sized from the cell libghostty draws for its session, scaled to the HUD's own font size, with the CoreText estimate as the fallback. With no font family set in Settings the estimate measured the system monospaced face, so a tall panel lost its bottom padding row.

*one limit:* the panel height is measured when the message is posted or updated. Narrowed afterwards, a markdown message rewraps into more rows and the excess shows as `… N more` until the next update.
