test(session-host): keep terminal client output and the last zmx list (#706)

the fixture now writes each terminal client's pty output to terminal-INDEX.out
and the last zmx list to leaders-timeout.list when waitForLeaders gives up. A
terminal client's stderr goes to its pty, so the reason an attach client
stopped was lost with it. The fixture holds the pty's client side until
cleanup, because the last close discards queued output and a failed client has
already exited.

the backlog item records the sighting that prompted this: the unmediated
client created its daemon and never attached.
