docs(Spinner): say when a spinner is hidden from screen readers (#1568)

The accessibility note said every spinner carries `role="status"`, while the button examples on the same page hide the spinner with `aria-hidden="true"` and put `role="status"` on the text next to it. The note now says when to do that, so a screen reader reads the loading message once.
