feat(Calendar): announce a pick and name the picker toggle with its value (#1567)

Picking a date with Enter left a screen reader silent: focus stays on the cell, and VoiceOver in Safari and Chrome does not read `aria-selected` turning on there. The calendar now announces the pick through `announce()` as `ariaSelectedDateAnnouncement` (`'Selected date: {date}'`), and with `range` every pick that leaves both ends set as `ariaSelectedRangeAnnouncement` (`'Selected range: {start} to {end}'`), or as a date when both ends fall on the same day. The placeholders take the full name of what was picked, with the week number when `showWeekNumber` is on; a newer pick cancels a message that was not read yet, and an empty string or `null` turns a message off.

The pickers end their toggle's name with the value (`Toggle calendar, Friday, August 14, 2026`, with the time when `timepicker` is on, and the range in a date range picker) and turn the messages off only for the pick that closes the popup onto that toggle: a date pick without time selects, and an end picked after a start without a footer. VoiceOver in Safari drops a polite message that arrives while it reads the element focus goes back to: in the probe, messages sent 0.1, 1 and 2.1 s after the pick were lost and the ones at 2.5 and 4 s were read, with and without the panel's transition. Every other pick is announced, including a new start that keeps the end, a toggle the page named itself and `pickerIcon: false`. `formatSelectionName` and `formatSelectionRangeName` in `util/calendar` name the selection for the calendar and both pickers. Since a pick message now outlives the calendar that sent it, `announce()` drops its waiting messages once there is no document; before, the flush timer threw "document is not defined" after a jsdom test environment tore down.

Checked with VoiceOver in Safari and Chrome: Enter on a standalone calendar reads "Selected date: Saturday, October 31, 2026", a range reads nothing at ... (continued)
