1.8: a save that never reports must not trap the dialog (ported from #1965) (#1966)

Cancel stays enabled while an insert is in flight; Cancel, Esc and
closing the window ask before closing instead of being refused, so an
unanswered PIN prompt or a held-up process queue no longer leaves
quitting QtPass as the only way out. No keeps waiting; Yes closes and
the main window reports any late result.
