[#86] Tick a question group only when its answers pass validation (#87)

* [#86] Tick a question group only when its answers pass validation

- Derive the group list's green tick and orange warning from the same Yup
  results as the header count and the Submit check, so a present-but-invalid
  answer (e.g. a decimal in an integer field) no longer shows as complete
- Remove checkCompleteQuestionGroup and checkGroupHasErrors, which only
  checked that a value existed
- Wrap scalar cascade/option values prefilled from the parent datapoint into
  arrays, matching what the form and its schemas expect
- Add a test for countValidRequiredQuestions per-group validity

Fixes the case where every group was ticked while the header showed 70/71
and Submit was blocked.
