chore(iota-types): adopt the SDK RegulatedCoinMetadata and DenyCapV1 mirrors (#13066)

# Description of change

Replaces the node's copies of `RegulatedCoinMetadata` and `DenyCapV1`
with the SDK types from `iota-sdk-move-types`, imported directly by
their users. Both are field-identical to the node copies, so BCS is
unchanged.

- The SDK types are generic over the coin type. Where the coin type is
only known at runtime, the type argument is `()`.
- `get_coin_info` in `iota-grpc-server` decoded `RegulatedCoinMetadata`
with a raw `bcs::from_bytes`. It now uses the SDK's
`try_from_object_with_type`, which also checks the object's type against
the requested coin type. `iota-grpc-server` gains the
`iota-sdk-move-types` dependency.

`Display<T>` and `VersionUpdated<T>` from the same group of #12871 are
not in this PR: their fields are `string::String`, and the node needs a
conversion to `String` that the SDK does not have yet.
