fix(parameter-editor): keep continuous tuning parameters out of choice lists

Extend the existing multiple-choice blacklist so continuous tuning
parameters use text entries even when metadata lists sample values.

Cover ACRO_RP_EXPO, ACRO_RP_RATE_TC, ACRO_Y_EXPO, ACRO_Y_RATE_TC,
PILOT_Y_EXPO, PILOT_Y_RATE_TC, ATC_RATE_R_MAX, ATC_RATE_P_MAX,
ATC_RATE_Y_MAX, and ATC_INPUT_TC. Keep the existing ATC_ACCEL_*_MAX
exceptions covered as well.

Add parameter-model tests for the blacklist and a regular enum control.
