feat(parameter-editor): defer component editor for existing projects

Open existing projects directly in the parameter editor while keeping the
initial component editor step for newly created projects.

Add an “Edit vehicle components” action that saves pending parameter changes,
opens the component editor, and returns to the same parameter step when it
closes. Rebuild the parameter model after returning so component-derived
values reflect the latest data.

Moved the "Zip vehicle for forum help" below the ArduPilot logo.

Run initial component setup only for newly created projects, with project
creation preferences applied only to that path. Give on-demand component
editing its own workflow and share editor execution and result processing
between both paths.

Rebuild the parameter model after each on-demand edit and resume at the
user's current parameter step.

Add regression coverage for project routing, repeated component-editor
visits, step restoration, and saving pending edits before handoff. Update
the parameter editor architecture notes.
