docs(USERMANUAL): document Mission Planner UDP forwarding setup

Explain how to forward MAVLink from Mission Planner to AMC over UDP,
including the recommended port, required Write setting, AMC connection
string, troubleshooting, and persistent desktop shortcut configuration.

Add manual screenshots for the Mission Planner forwarding controls and
AMC's custom connection workflow. Extend the automated screenshot script
to regenerate the AMC workflow images.

Preserve explicit and previously selected connection strings during
connection discovery and periodic refresh, so custom endpoints remain
available in the selector after connection attempts fail. Add regression
tests for serial, TCP, and UDP endpoints.
