fix(cypher): label expressions in patterns, predicates and subqueries (#860)

Label expressions (n:A|B, n:A&B, n:!A, n:%, groups, n IS A) matched
nothing in node and relationship patterns, WHERE, RETURN, pattern
predicates, comprehensions and subquery bodies; n:% in WHERE failed and
MERGE (n:A|B) created a node labelled "A|B".

desugarLabelExpressions rewrites a statement once, before routing, into
the forms every route evaluates: conjunctions of names stay in the node
pattern, disjunctions of types in the relationship pattern, and any
other expression becomes a WHERE predicate on the element (anonymous
elements get a generated variable that * projections don't list). The
rejected forms are Neo4j's SyntaxErrors through localization. WHERE
label tests, CASE and path predicates evaluate label expressions; the
keyword scanner and operand check read % after a colon as the label
wildcard; the comprehension splitter skips a colon test's |. The UNWIND
MATCH MERGE batch path reads the rewritten lookup, CREATE / MERGE keep
their single-type validation (with Neo4j's message for alternatives),
and a query whose labels can widen (!, %, groups) is invalidated by any
write in the result cache.
