fix(cypher): share projection lexing and CALL columns

Compile CALL-tail columns from immutable shared RETURN metadata and delegate the old RETURN splitter to shared comma lexing with the existing quote scanner. Preserve empty/star metadata, escaped and backtick names, and nested/empty-part contracts.

Eight direct regressions fail before repair; twelve public controls retain baseline behavior. 4124 pinned comparisons, both 7794-outcome official ratchets, isolated repository correctness, caller races and vet pass. No performance claim.
