* feat: add WithSourcemapOutput option and surface the source map in results

The KCL runtime can emit a Source Map v3 document mapping the generated
YAML back to the originating KCL source (kcl-lang/kcl#2165), and
kcl-lang/kcl#2204 adds the sourcemap_output request field to the
cross-language API. Add the kcl-go plumbing for it:

- WithSourcemapOutput(path) requests the source map and asks the
  runtime to also write it to the given path.
- KCLResultList carries the returned document and exposes it through
  GetSourcemap().

Depends on kcl-lang.io/lib bindings that include ExecProgramResult.
sourcemap (kcl-lang/lib#326) and the ErrorFormat merge propagation
from #597.

* chore(deps): track kcl-lang/lib#326 via replace to call sourcemap fields

While kcl-lang/lib v0.13.0 ships without the ExecProgramArgs.
sourcemap_output / ExecProgramResult.sourcemap fields that PR #599
relies on, kcl-lang/lib#326 has merged them onto lib main. Pin
kcl-lang.io/lib to that commit so the sourcemap pluming builds and
tests against the upcoming bindings. Drop the replace once lib
v0.13.1 (or later) is tagged.

* chore(deps): restore kcl-lang.io/lib v0.13.0 go.sum entries

The earlier replace commit dropped the pinned v0.13.0 hashes from go.sum,
which made `go test ./...` complain with "missing go.sum entry for
module providing package kcl-lang.io/lib/go/api". Keep the original
sums alongside the replace so tools keep matching the kcl-lang.io/lib
path while the source swap points at github.com/kcl-lang/lib#326.
