IMAP4rev2 improvements and a unified ImapClient.Enable() API

IMAP4rev2 (rfc9051) fixes for IMAP4rev2-only servers:
* Use UTF-8 mailbox names (UTF8Enabled = true) instead of modified UTF-7.
* Assume STATUS=SIZE, since rfc9051 folded it into the base protocol.
* ImapFolder.Check() sends NOOP instead of CHECK, since CHECK was removed.

Replaced ImapClient.EnableQuickResync[Async]() and EnableUTF8[Async]()
with ImapClient.Enable[Async](ImapFeatures). ImapFeatures is a [Flags]
enum (QuickResync, UTF8Accept, IMAP4rev2), so several features can be
enabled with a single ENABLE command. Features that are already enabled
are skipped, and no command is sent if nothing is left to enable.
EnableUTF8 was removed from IImapClient, and EnableQuickResync was
removed from IMailStore/MailStore.

ImapFeatures.IMAP4rev2 sends ENABLE IMAP4rev2 for servers that advertise
both IMAP4rev1 and IMAP4rev2. The engine tracks this in a new
IMAP4rev2Enabled property so that a later CAPABILITY response doesn't
switch ProtocolVersion back to IMAP4rev1.

Added StatusItems.Deleted, which updates a new IMailFolder.DeletedCount
(int?) property and raises a DeletedCountChanged event. STATUS DELETED
is only requested when IMAP4rev2 is in use.
