Move literal length parsing out of ByteArrayBuilder into ImapStream

ByteArrayBuilder had two TryParse methods (a static byte[] overload and
an instance wrapper), both marked with FIXMEs questioning whether they
belonged there. Their only consumer was ImapStream's literal token
parser ({N} / {N+}).

- Removed both TryParse methods from ByteArrayBuilder and added a
  GetBuffer() accessor.
- Added a private static ImapStream.TryParseLiteralLength() helper with
  the same overflow-checked Int64 parsing logic.
- ReadLiteralToken and ReadLiteralTokenAsync now both call the helper.
  The async path's redundant "literalDataLeft < 0" check was dropped
  since the parser can never produce a negative value, making the sync
  and async paths consistent.

No behavior change.
