fix(cypher): restore ANTLR predicates and shared schema admission

Reserve shared index/constraint names and retain reciprocal guard semantics. Report constraint-owned backing index conflicts correctly.

Admit type predicates, unions, generics and nullability through strict ANTLR grammar; regenerate with ANTLR 4.13.1 and exercise existing reference/invalid-type tests in both actual parser modes.

Validation: 3,508 pinned Neo4j 5.26.30 comparisons; final repository correctness, focused races, vet and diagnostics pass.
