perf(cypher,storage): label-less property scans decode only the matched properties (#824)

A property match without a label (graphify's MATCH (a {id: $src})) reads
every node, and each node was decoded in full (labels, metadata and every
property) before its one property was tested.

collectNodesWithStreaming now streams such a match with a property
projection and a PropertyFilter: the Badger scan decodes the projected
properties first and skips a node the filter rejects before decoding the
rest of it (decodeNodeFiltered); only a match is read in full (GetNode)
and passes the usual filters. The tokenized property decoder takes its
msgpack decoder from the pool instead of allocating one per node.

The transaction view's StreamNodesWithOptions listed GetNodesByLabel(""),
the nodes with an empty label, i.e. none: inside a transaction the scan
visited nothing. It now reads the transaction's view of every node.
