perf(cypher): the comparison scan checks for type text in its own pass (#838)

Blanking type text before every comparison scan cost 10-12 ns per scan
(BenchmarkComparisonChainSplit 35 -> 46 ns). The plain scan now hands text
with ':' or LIST< / ARRAY< / ANY< to the complex scan, which blanks types;
other comparisons skip it. Main vs this commit: binary_scan 33.7-35.7 ns
both, n_ary_scan 39 -> 42 ns.
