fix(cypher): converge fulltext and typed index admission

Extend shared schema admission to fulltext target lists and TEXT/POINT DDL. Match duplicate diagnostics, preserve guarded definitions and ordered relationship schema semantics. Keep incoming POINT values, encoding and ordering work intact and append both reference case sets.
