Compose the C++ enhancing (#830)

We wrap the containers through one template function per container
type in the ``impl`` namespace of ``enhancing.hpp``, named by the type
moniker. Each function wraps only one level and calls the wrapping of
its items by name, so the enhancing composes to any depth instead of
the hand-unrolled loops and tuple copies:

    that->set_extensions(
      Wrap_listOf_Extension<E>(
        that->extensions(),
        factory
      )
    );

What to wrap is now decided by ``intermediate.map_descendability``,
which removes the ``NotImplementedError`` for lists of lists, tuples
and optionals. A tuple is now constructed item by item instead of
being copied and overwritten.
