Compose the Java test copying (#831)

We fix ``TestCopying`` which compared every instance with itself, as
the deep equality cast ``that`` instead of ``other``:

    SomeItem casted = (SomeItem) other;

Hence the deep-copy tests passed no matter what the copy did. Behind
it, the lists of instances were compared with ``List.equals``, i.e.,
by reference.

We now compose the deep equality from plain methods, one per list or
tuple which ``equals`` can not compare, named by its type moniker,
e.g., ``deepEqualsListOf_IAbstractItem``. Each compares only one level
and calls the method of its items by name, so the comparison works for
nested lists to any depth.
