Compose the Go enhancing (#829)

We wrap the containers in-situ through one unexported function per
container type, named by the type moniker with an ``_inPlace`` suffix.
Each function wraps only one level and calls the functions of its items
by name, so the enhancing composes to any depth:

    wrap_ListOf_IReference_inPlace[E](theSupplementalSemanticIDs, factory)

Lists are never copied nor set back, and tuples are passed by pointer,
so only a non-optional tuple property, returned by value from its
getter, needs to be set back.

The repeated wrap-and-assert blocks are replaced by a generic
``wrapClass[E, T ourtypes.IClass]``, analogous to ``wrapUnion``. What to
wrap is now decided by ``intermediate.map_descendability``, which removes
the ``NotImplementedError`` for nested lists.
