chore(android): cross-compile and test the SDK on Android (#1415)

First step toward Android support. Cross-compiles the whole SDK and its unit
tests for Android and runs them on an emulator. 1273 tests pass on API 35 /
arm64-v8a; the macOS suite is unchanged at 1411.

Two portability fixes were needed:

- Android's Foundation does not vend `POSIXErrorCode`. The WebSocket close
  mapping now matches on the platform's own `ENOTCONN`/`EPROTO` constants,
  which are in scope everywhere and keep the Darwin-vs-Linux errno
  difference the original change was for.
- ConcurrencyExtras only implements `withMainSerialExecutor` where it can
  swap the runtime's global executor hook, which rules out Android. The
  existing Windows passthrough is generalised to cover both, and gains the
  async overload the call sites actually use.

Five Realtime tests drive a `TestClock` and rely on that serial executor to
know the task they are waking already reached its `sleep`. With a
passthrough they race: three hang, two observe a half-finished sequence.
They are skipped on Android and Windows through one condition trait rather
than five scattered `#if`s, and still run everywhere else.

Notably `URLOpener.live` compiles to an empty closure on Android, so
`signInWithOAuth` would hang, and there is no default `AuthLocalStorage`.
Full platform support — a CI job, a dynamic library product for JNI
consumption, and closing those gaps — is follow-up work.
